上海商城（Shanghai Centre）位於上海市靜安區中心，坐落於南京西路上，是一座集辦公，劇院，酒店和商場為一體的綜合性建築。建築群由1幢48層164.58米高的旅館大樓以及東、西2幢32層公寓大樓組成，並由一片8層裙房聯成一體。

整個建築內有472間豪華服務公寓，30000平方米的甲級寫字樓，一個城市超市，三層高檔商場，上海商城劇院，貿易展覽中心，和一個五星級的酒店-波特曼麗嘉酒店。

上海商城是由約翰波特曼建築設計事務所設計，鹿島建設株式會社，於1990年4月開業。整個建築由三幢塔樓和一組群樓組成。商城內有多個外國領事館或其下屬部門的辦公地點，其中包括美國、愛爾蘭、菲律賓、澳大利亞和英國。

Designed in a relaxed yet elegant setting, Ubuka is offering creative Japanese fusion cuisine using only the highest quality of ingredients and Japanese produce. Guests of Ubuka will be able to enjoy more than 50 different types of sake, a great collection of wines, and creative cocktails. Ubuka features two counters offering traditional Sushi and Teppanyaki specialties, one private dining room, a lounge bar, and an outdoor patio.

UBUKA Food Consultant- Adrian GOOLJARRY
Adrian GOOLJARRY has enjoyed a successful career for over 19 years in the hospitality industry. Mr. GOOLJARRY began his career at home at a young age when his family owned restaurants and have shares in hotels along with businesses in the wine industry for over five decades and have extensive experience on restaurant and hotel businesses. Since then he has excelled in the industry, having worked at Hilton in Hyde Park, London, The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong. He also ran operations and setup for restaurants in Beijing and Shanghai.
During these years, he has been nominated and acquired the below titles, currently he is on the Chairman Board of three of the Oldest Food and Wine Gourmet Society in the world
