Mars因為協助創作了B.o.B去年的一首白金銷量歌曲“Nothin On You”和Cee-Lo的“Fuck You”以及為Travie McCoy和Flo Rida製作的熱門作品而成名。(我超愛這條歌的，聽起來很爽，Fuck you~)
能寫能唱的Bruno Mars出生於夏威夷，陽光的膚色，很能寫，也很能唱。

說唱新人歌手B.o.B和Bruno Mars合作的新單曲《Nothin' on You》,讓他成為2009年10月以來，第四位以首支上榜單曲就拿下全美單曲榜冠軍的男歌手。之前的三位分別是英國的Jay Sean、Jason Derulo以及Taio Cruz。
B.o.B原名 為Bobby Ray Simmons （鮑比•雷•西蒙斯），本來是一名錄音師和製作人，現在也當起了歌手。08年底，他的首支單曲《I'll Be in the Sky》一推出即大受好評。同時，他和其他幾位被稱為“09年的嘻哈族”，包括說唱新人Asher Roth、Charles Hamilton、Wale一起登上過美國嘻哈雜誌《XXL》的封面。
而這位當紅小生的另外兩首收錄在首張專輯《The Adventures of Bobby Ray》單曲，和流行樂團Paramore主音Hayley Williams合作的《Airplanes》和另一首和T.I.合作的《Bet I》也在網上熱播。
